Wicks Manor makes the best quality pork products from animals that are cared for a looked after on the farm.  We produce the best bacon, ham, sausages and burgers from farm reared stock and Red Tractor sourced Pork. Our own farm reared pork is fed with Wheat and Barley grown and milled on the farm.

We are the leading family run field to fork pork processing business in the UK, established since 1967.  Our customers include UK retail and foodservice as well as international export markets.  Our values allow our team to work in partnership with our customers to secure long term trading relationships based on trust and good service.

Our Products

All our pork products are prepared in the farm butchery to our unique recipes using only the very best of ingredients. The bacon is dry cured by hand and smoked using a blend of beechwood to give a delicious smokey flavour. Our award winning burgers and sausages have super high meat content and are made using prime cuts of British pork.
